        Your Shopping List

Check things off as you shop. Produce you check off goes straight into your fridge.

The things you buy often, once you're due for more.

Store It Right, Eat It Fresh

How to store what you buy, which bag it goes in, and what it's good in.

            Moist, in the crisper drawer

Rinse, place in the bag while still damp, and keep in the crisper. Re-wet the bag under the faucet or with a spray bottle as needed.

            Dry, on a shelf

Store unwashed in a dry bag on a fridge shelf or in the low-humidity drawer. Rinse right before eating or cooking.

A Bag for Every Kind of Produce

Greens and vegetables keep best a little damp in the crisper. Berries and mushrooms keep best dry on a shelf. Each Ambrosia bag is woven and sewn for one of them.
