This Purchase Options Cancellation Policy explains how cancellations work for orders placed through Ambrosia Produce Bag, including one-time purchases and any purchase options we may offer, such as subscriptions, preorders, or other recurring or scheduled purchases.

One-Time Purchases

Most Ambrosia orders are one-time purchases.

If you need to cancel or change an order, please contact us as soon as possible at jordan@ambrosiabag.com with your order number.

We will do our best to help before your order has been processed or shipped. Once an order has entered fulfillment or been handed to the shipping carrier, we may not be able to cancel or modify it.

If your order has already shipped, please refer to our Return Policy for return eligibility.

Preorders

If Ambrosia offers preorder products, the estimated shipping window and preorder terms will be displayed on the product page or at checkout.

Preorders may be canceled before they enter fulfillment by contacting jordan@ambrosiabag.com.

Once a preorder has entered fulfillment or shipped, it is treated like a standard order and is subject to our Shipping Policy and Return Policy.

Estimated preorder ship dates are not guaranteed and may change due to production timelines, material availability, carrier delays, or other operational factors.

Payment and Refunds

Approved cancellations may be refunded to the original payment method when possible.

Refund timing depends on your payment provider, bank, or credit card issuer.

Shipping charges, discounts, promotional offers, and fulfilled items may be handled according to our posted Return Policy, Refund Policy, and Shipping Policy.

Failed Payments or Billing Issues

For recurring purchase options, failed payments may result in a delayed, skipped, paused, or canceled order depending on the payment method and subscription settings.

If there is a billing issue, we may contact you using the email address associated with your order.
