Thank you for shopping with Ambrosia. We hand-pack and ship orders with care from our small Ojai Valley office. Please review our shipping policy below before placing your order.

Order Processing

Most orders are processed within 1–3 business days, excluding weekends and holidays.

During sales, holidays, product launches, or periods of high order volume, processing may take 3–5 business days. We appreciate your patience while we pack each order carefully.

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping rates are calculated and displayed at checkout based on your order total, shipping address, and available carrier options.

We currently offer free standard shipping on U.S. orders of $75 or more, calculated after discounts and before taxes.

Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout and are not guaranteed unless specifically stated by the carrier. Carrier delays, weather, holidays, and regional service disruptions may affect delivery timing.

Shipping Destinations

Ambrosia currently ships within the United States.

At this time, we do not offer standard international shipping through our website. If international shipping becomes available, rates, duties, taxes, and delivery timelines will be shown at checkout where applicable.

Incorrect Shipping Addresses

Please make sure your shipping address is correct before placing your order.

If you notice an address error, contact us as soon as possible at jordan@ambrosiabag.com. We will do our best to update the address before the order ships, but we cannot guarantee changes once an order has entered fulfillment or been handed to the carrier.

If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, we can help arrange reshipment. Additional shipping charges may apply.

Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

Once a package has been transferred to the carrier, delivery is managed by the carrier.

If your tracking shows that your package was delivered but you did not receive it, please first check around your delivery area, with neighbors, building management, or your local carrier office.

If your package appears lost or significantly delayed, contact us at jordan@ambrosiabag.com with your order number and tracking information. We will help review the situation and work with you on the next best step.

Ambrosia is not responsible for packages that are stolen after confirmed delivery, but we will always do our best to help.

Damaged or Missing Items

If your order arrives damaged, incomplete, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at jordan@ambrosiabag.com.

Please include your order number and photos of the package, product, and any damage so we can resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
